NCAA Tournament season is upon us, with those thrilling last-minute buzzer-beaters and 12-seeds causing delightful chaos. Welcome to March Madness!

Now is the perfect time to tune into college basketball, and if you’re just catching up, don’t worry—we’ve got everything covered. As we gear up for the major conference tournaments, Selection Sunday is on the horizon, and here’s our final Power 16 of the regular season.

1. Duke (28-3)

The Blue Devils nearly stumbled in the second half against UNC, but Jon Scheyer’s squad showed their resilience. Cooper Flagg continues to amaze, and his teammates are stepping up their game as the season progresses.

2. Auburn (27-4)

Despite a few recent setbacks, Auburn has a No. 1 seed secured. Their challenge now lies in reigniting their momentum during the SEC Tournament to prepare for the excitement of March Madness.

3. Houston (27-4)

Houston has been formidable, boasting a 23-1 record since November and almost all losses taking place in overtime. They’re serious contenders for the national championship, and it’s time for Kelvin Sampson and his team to make their mark in March.

4. Florida (27-4)

The Gators should be clinching that final No. 1 seed after finishing strong in a top-tier conference with two victories against AP’s top-ranked teams. Despite a rocky start due to a scandal, coach Todd Golden deserves credit for steering the team through rough waters.

5. Tennessee (25-6)

Rick Barnes and the Volunteers are poised for a breakthrough. Despite no Final Four appearances under his belt, a strong SEC Tournament run could finally earn Tennessee that coveted No. 1 seed and help them excel in the Big Dance.

6. Alabama (24-7)

Alabama chose a thrilling victory against the nation’s No. 1 team over ending the regular season on a losing streak. Mark Sears’ buzzer-beater victory might just be the boost they need as they head into an exciting postseason.

7. Michigan State (26-5)

Tom Izzo did it again, turning a rough stretch into a triumphant finale with the Spartans clinching the Big Ten Championship, thanks to a seven-game winning streak at the crucial season’s end.

8. St. John’s (27-4)

Rick Pitino’s crew wrapped up their regular season with a stunning buzzer-beater against Marquette. Their knack for winning tight games is a gamble that often pays off, particularly in March.

9. Clemson (26-5)

Despite the lack of respect often shown to the ACC, Clemson is a genuine contender. With a strong streak heading into the ACC Tournament, they’re positioned for another impressive tournament showing.

10. Iowa State (23-8)

The Cyclones aren’t riding high as they move into the Big 12 Tournament with just two wins in their last five games. The return of Keshon Gilbert could be critical as they aim to regroup and gear up for tournament action.

11. Texas Tech (24-7)

With health issues behind them, Texas Tech completed an impressive season finish, earning second in the Big 12 Tournament. Congrats to Grant McCasland on bringing the team back to national prominence.

12. Maryland (24-7)

With a strong end to Big Ten play, Kevin Willard’s team is not one to overlook. They’ve been competitive all season, and they could easily be bracket-busters in the upcoming tournament.

13. Memphis (26-5)

Memphis demands attention again as they head into the conference tournament. With such unpredictability, anything could happen—from an early upset to an unexpected leap to the Final Four.

14. BYU (23-8)

Kevin Young merits a nod for Coach of the Year as BYU’s leader. With an impressive streak and a significant role in outperforming national powers, Young’s debut year at the helm is noteworthy.

15. Kentucky (22-7)

Despite an injury-plagued season, the Wildcats, under Mark Pope’s guidance, continue to impress. They keep finding ways to win, closing the regular season strong in Columbia.

16. Texas A&M (22-7)

After a rough patch, the Aggies rebounded impressively, with victories including one against Auburn. Buzz Williams has steered the ship back on course as they prepare for what could be a thrilling March run.

Next 5: Saint Mary’s, Oregon, Louisville, Wisconsin, Drake

Players of the Week:

JT Toppin, Texas Tech Red Raiders

Toppin finished his sophomore season with back-to-back double-doubles, including a standout 30-point game against Colorado. He remains a key prospect for the postseason.

Nate Bittle, Oregon Ducks

Staying true to his initial college choice, Bittle ended a stellar season with a dominant 36-point, 12-rebound performance, contributing to Oregon’s seven-game winning streak.

Darius Johnson, UCF Knights

Despite a rocky conference run, Johnson concluded his college career with standout performances, keeping UCF competitive and demonstrating his dynamic scoring abilities.

Brice Williams, Nebraska Cornhuskers

Williams brightened Nebraska’s skid-ending match with a stunning 43-point performance against Ohio State, proving he is a player to watch despite the team’s struggles.

Alex Condon, Florida Gators

Condon’s post-injury resurgence was crucial for Florida, delivering dominant performances that emphasize the Gators’ potential threat heading into postseason play.

Play of the Week:

Mark Sears has cemented his legendary March reputation with a sensational game-winning shot against No. 1 Auburn, ensuring an unforgettable end to the regular season for Alabama fans.

Check out the thrilling moment, captured by ESPN, that’s sure to be remembered fondly by Crimson Tide supporters.
