And here’s the incoming gaffer, Ruben Amorim, thinking Cunha’s his top pick. But Scholes – you know him, of course – isn’t convinced the chaos at United is the best environment for shiny new toys.
“Cunha? Amorim must like him ‘cause he’s athletic and all,” Scholes mentions on TNT Sports. “But seriously, anyone dropping into United right now should be a bit worried. No identity. No flair. It’s like even top players would flail around, grasping at straws.”

“Europa League? Yeah, shiny. But the league’s where it counts. And United, brutal doesn’t cut it.”
